Foodies, bring in the New Year with an exceptional dining experience in the 3 AA Rosette Orangery restaurant. Enjoy Champagne and canapés on arrival, before seating to enjoy an exquisite six-course tasting menu.
The New Year will be piped in, followed by fireworks on the Rockliffe Suite terrace and late-night Champagne, cheese and charcuterie.

New Year's Eve in the Orangery includes:
- Champagne and canapés reception
- A six-course tasting menu created by Head Chef, Paul Nicholson in the flagship Orangery restaurant
- Auld Lang Syne played by our resident piper
- Opportunity to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks on the Rockliffe Terrace
- Late night Champagne, cheese and charcuterie boards in the Rockliffe Suite (optional)

A non-refundable deposit of £25 per person is required at the time of booking. Age restrictions apply. Dietary requirements and wine pre-orders are required no later than 14 days prior to the event.
*Room rates are based on Tiplady rooms.
Prices are based on 2 adults sharing, subject to availability. Two night break is available for guests arriving on 30th or 31st December.
