Rock Star of the Month

Congratulations to Davey Babooram for being crowned as 'Rock Star of the Month' for February! 

Davey is a Sous Chef at Rockliffe Hall, working in the Clubhouse Kitchen.

Colleagues voted for him because of his unique celebration desserts that he has been creating to delight diners. He is very knowledgeable in his field and always gives a five-star service.

One individual commented: "Davey's creative desserts for our guests have been brilliant. He is an outstanding team member and always has the guest at the forefront of everything he creates".

The Rock Star of the Month award winner is chosen each month based on votes from team members themselves. A massive well done to Davey, very well deserved.
